1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and vtb99 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration & Verification

All accounts on vtb99 are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. We may request any of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)

4. Deposits

vtb99 supports a range of trusted payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and other approved bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

Deposits are typically credited within minutes. vtb99 does not charge any fees for deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to verify any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The platform targets a processing time of 1–3 business days, though actual timescales may vary depending on KYC verification status and the payment channel selected. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• vtb99 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any large withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vtb99 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, and time limits. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover for any bonus is 20x the bonus amount, which must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested against bonus-derived funds.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. vtb99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus systems, including collusion, exploitation of software errors, or use of multiple accounts to accumulate bonus credits, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vtb99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform, its games, or its servers
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment credentials

8. Intellectual Property

All content on vtb99.pro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio-visual material, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of vtb99 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works of any such content without prior written consent from vtb99.

All game titles, provider logos, and third-party trademarks featured on vtb99 remain the property of their respective owners. vtb99 operates under appropriate content-licensing agreements with its game and service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vtb99 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill.

• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events (natural disasters, nationwide internet outages, regulatory directives)
• Losses sustained due to a player's own negligence, misuse of the platform, or failure to secure their login credentials
• Third-party payment provider delays, fees, or technical failures outside vtb99's direct control

Your continued use of vtb99 after such a notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
